Only for PhD Students: ARCSIS has booked, a limited number of single rooms in residence halls for students on the campus of Aix en Provence. Residence halls are located at 10 minutes walk from the city center and 15 minutes from the conference location.

Conference dinner (place to be determined) on Thursday May 23, 2013 + Aix-en-Provence guided tour: 65 € (VAT excluded).
You can't make the guided tour if you don't register for the Conference Dinner.

For cancellations received before 19 April 2013, a 75% refund of the registration fee will be granted.

From 19 April 2012 to 3 May 2013, a 50% refund of the registration fee will be granted.

After 3 May 2013, no reimbursement can be made.
